Sky-Frame opens its first UK showroom in London

London, August 2020 – Sky-Frame, the Swiss-based global leader in frameless sliding door systems has opened its first UK showroom in Farringdon, London. The UK is one of the largest markets in Europe for Sky-Frame with customers citing its ‘outstanding performance, precision Swiss engineering, flexibility, minimal profiles and larger panel sizes letting in the maximum amount of light’ as the key reasons for specification on a project. Globally Sky-Frame has six dedicated showrooms.
 

The London showroom will serve homeowners and architects at any stage of the design process – from concept to installation. Sky-Frame doors unify interiors and exteriors – whether it’s adding style to an urban apartment in a bustling city or bringing stylish contemporary elegance to a relaxed rural home – and offer unparalleled quality and service.

Studio Hürlemann designed the London showroom for Sky-Frame introducing the product in its purest form within wooden constructions, which emphasize the frameless technology, quality and reproduce the assembly layout at the company’s production facility. The installations in-store enable prospective purchasers to see Sky-Frame’s famed quality and technology up close in a private atelier setting. Products on display will include the Sky-Frame Classic with electric drive and integrated shading solution, insect screen and corner opening and the Sky-Frame Pivot door system which is a perfect combination of expert engineering and timeless appeal. 

Sky-Frame is a global market leader in its sector and works with universities and research institutions to constantly develop new solutions for ambitious and sustainable living concepts. Since the first Sky-Frame window was installed in 2002, it has helped create more than 8,000 innovative spaces across the world and develops and manufactures all of its products at its state-of-the-art facility in Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
